She earned her doctorate in psychology from California School of Professional Psychology-Alameda. She completed her doctoral training with the Department of Mental Health and UC Davis Department of Neurology, UC Davis Alzheimer’s Disease Center, and the VA Sacramento Medical Center. She specializes in neuropsychological assessment with children, adolescents and adults demonstrating a variety of neurological issues including head injuries, dementias, stroke, learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Mesirow also sees adults for cognitive rehabilitation and psychotherapy treatment.
